Since I heard so many great things about Cartographer, I had to try it. Plus wanted to add on this addon to Cartographer... but like other that have added their commnets, I too am having the same issue.
I have installed the latest update via wowace.com (since the ones listed on this site created a error with Titan)... both Cartographer and Vendor, but I am able to see notes added but when I click on an vendor, nothing.
I have tryied the deleting the SV and reinstall. didn't work
I have tryed to disable all my addons and only put on Cartographer and Vendors, lighthead, questhelper, and then recevie "Interface\addon\cartographer_vendor\addon.lua:1: Cannnot find library instance of Aceaddon-2.0" error
So I am sorry I would love to try this out, but it's not working for me. Any advise?

Make a backup copy of your Cartographer_Vendors SV file, and delete the original. Log into Wow and visit a vendor and let me know if he gets added. I've tested Vendors with both the live version and the PTR and it adds vendors without a problem. If you can add vendors after deleting the SV file, just send me a copy of your backed up SV file at kodewulf@gmail.com and I'll see if I can find the problem.

UPDATE: Adding 'Cartographer_Notes' as a required dependency in the .TOCs seems to have resolved this issue, but on the spectrum of 'Elegant Solution --> Kludgy Hack', I'm not sure where this falls.
I get the same lua error as posted below (using the most recent - 3/15/07 version from WoWAce Downloads). Any fix in the works? I really miss this working...

I'll have a look at this. As for the instance loot, I can't answer you on that one. It's part of Cartographer, so I would suggest that you check out the comments there.
