It appears that the vellums created with inscription have been altered. Under Item Enchantment for inscription only the new 'Enchanting Vellum' is known. Armor Vellum II, Armor Vellum III, Weapon Vellum, Weapon Vellum II and Weapon Vellum III are appearing as unlearned in ARL. Probably similar to the JC issue described below,...
