I don't know if this has been addressed before or if it's been changed in some not-for-the-public version, but I'd like to suggest this change.
I find it counter-intuitive and rather annoying that the mouse wheel changes do not respect the locked state of this add-on. I mean, if I locked the frame, I should be able to scroll my mo...

It's just not loading as a FuBar plugin. I just tested it myself, made a new char on a completely different server, disabled all add-ons except for FuBar 3.6, MicroMenu and MicroMenu_Config....
