Is there anyway to make it so that the "difficulty level color" of a target shows Full time and not just when you are out of town, so that any time i highlight any character or w/e anywhere i can see a colored level in the tooltip?

so i read the instructions in the how to add more texture options to EBB all i really want is to change my texture to the otravi texture style. is there an easier way i can go about adding this into the texture selections of EBB with out going through all this changing of command lines and w/e ??
