Using latest version of OpenAll and cargBags + Prenoilis layout.
When I open the mailbox, the money at the bottom of the bag layout doesn't spawn. Of course this is fixed when I /rl and do not open the mailbox, but open the bag first.

I am well aware of this as I haven't told BottleCap to filter those channels yet, only the most problematic ones. You will find the same thing happens regardless of what (if any) chat mods you have installed.

Works fine for me. Are you using the latest versions of both addons?
Yes I am using latest versions of Phanx Chat and BottleCap, it doesn't work with /g, /p, /ra, and /rw chat.
