I've noticed that when I enter a new region a number of POI's are automatically loaded onto my Worldmap, followed by a notification in he General Chat area, like this:

I've read through all the documentations and postings and and sorry, I'm still confused about a few points which I hope somebody will be kind enough to clarify for me:
1: I've noticed that after laboriously having created some 50 notes in i.e. STV, when I return (in the "not too distance future") they are still all there, and also...
