This addon only seems to work with an English client.
I could not get it to work on a German client, it fails at the Marco overwriting point. When you name your macro like you named your sequence it will not fill in the macro!
Once i switched my client to English it worked. Would be nice if it worked not only in English pls :D...

Hit escape in-game, click the interface button and then click the Help section at the bottom.
If you enable lua errors, it will throw an error if you try to use single-quotes around templar's verdict and it's loading the file, because that's not valid lua...

It would be throwing a lua error if you had it in the right place and you tried to replace those double quotes with single quotes, so either you don't have lua errors enabled under the interface > help menu or you don't have it in the right place and enabled.

Double quotes are correct here because the apostrophe would end the string started by a single quote.
The file looks fine, so I'm guessing it's either installed to the wrong place or the macro has the wrong nam...

Anything that is not a /cast or /castsequence has to be put in a PreMacro or a PostMacro I believe.
Nope, it works exactly like a macro, so you can put anything in there that you could put in a normal macro.

I figure that's right, but I could be horribly wrong.
Why do you have a 1 in there? It should be in warcraft/interface/addons/gnomesequencer, and you must have it there too or it wouldn't be giving an error in-game.

Yeah, I double checked that before, and I renamed it to Sequences.lua to make sure I wasn't missing something. In file properties it gives me the correct "Sequences.lua" name. That isn't it. Is there anything else you can think of? I'm at a loss.

I am needing to fire off two casts back to back in order to trigger the MM hunter talent steady focus.

It should work, but it would only apply to the one macro in the sequence that it's in unless you put it into the "PreMacro" section.
It might not update the spell icon on the button though.

I already fixed this last night, it just hasn't been approved yet.
