The dock in the top right of your screen is
minimap-button-frame. I also see
Sexymap and
Dominoes.
Also there seems to be a hud system running like DHUD or Icehud.
I'm pretty sure that "Z" in your minimap bin in the pic is for Zygor's guides which would've been your qest aid mod you remember.
