Hmm, when it goes wrong is it every time or maybe 1 every 2 or 3 tries ? Just wondering if it is queuing a low level incorrectly for a dungeon it shouldn't be in then realises and refuses to let you in. As in, the queueing system perhaps isn't validating something in the same way that the actually teleporting does.
