This may be the reason that some people have it work fine and others don't.
I assume then that full groups that run the instance have to get there on their own steam ? And pug groups get a free port to the instance and back ? Intended or a bug ? Who knows but if thats the case people will need to live with it or post on the WoW forums for confirmation.
