I am currently using bongos for my action bars, but I would also like to be able to have a vertical action bar to the right sort of like the default one but movable... what could I use that would be compatible?

I totally need to add tooltips
Unlock Bongos (/bg unlock)
Right click on a drag button for one of the bars.
Mess around with the rows option.
Lock it again when you're done (/bg lock)
