Any Holy Paladins having a stupid issue with Contemplation being added to button 7 on your action bar when activating that spec?

Every time I do it, it replaces my Divine Favor set to button 7 with this spell; I see it coming from middle of the screen and landing onto my action bar.

I've tried it with and without addons; it does it period.
