A Guild Officer Add On.

I don't know if there is an add on out there that can do what I want, or even if it is possible to do, but no harm in asking.

I'm an Officer in my Guild, and My job is dealing with Promotions.
When Someone joins I put their join date, and then go to the person who Invited them, and give them a "point".
This is all done via the Officer note.

Lately some guild members have been acting up, and as such have been given a warning, But with the information above, and the warning, the officer notes are getting a little too big.

Is there an add on that Records a members joining date (based on the Guild Log), and that also allows me to Add information such as Warnings and People they have invited, AND be able to share that among the other officers, with out a character Limit? (By character I mean Letter, Numbers and Symbols.)

I was thinking of the Karma addon, but I don't know if that works for guild members... and I don't know if i can share the information with other officers.

I used guildorg for a similar setup. We promote based on length of service and remove based on length of activity. A lot of it is manual labour at the moment but eventually I will try to work in what I want to do with the guild list.

Guildorg has the public and officer notes available but you can also have a private note entered for each person.

They have a facility to set up mains for each character but you could use that instead to anchor members under the names of the people that invited them. It would then mean you would only need to add the date they joined in officer chat.

Unfortunately I am not sure the information is shareable as I am the only one using it as far as I am aware and I do regular manual backups of the data itself in case of corruption to save me resetting the main/alt setup.

I use it for what it is designed for though Linking Alts and Mains. The guild thinks I have a good memory .. mwahaha

As of the moment there isnt a way built in to it for GuildOrg to sync with other users. Though i must admit it would be nice.

Yep I have been using it for ages with no problems. I noticed however that there is a glitch which may be blizz caused but if you adjust the official guild list's tick box to list offline members so that they do not show it throws a tantrum and those people online that are alts or mains with alts have their alt/main status reset as it thinks they are no longer in the guild on their mains. Thats the reason I take a back up regularly to cut down on the amount of updates I need to do.

If you place the name of the main in officer notes (assuming you have the space) for each alt then if you should accidentally hit that tick mark in the default UI you just have to recheck it and have it sync by officer note. Its the only way i found around the issue.

Yeah, in our case most of the guild don't visit the forums, so all information need to be available in game. I have the Main Name in the alts officer tab but not necessarily the full name but the nickname. Such that johny..... becomes just johny as that is what we call him and my name which is xryspritai is cut down to xrys. So that option won't work for us either.
