NUI all blank bars

Hi, hope someone can help.

I recently patched to 3.2.2 and since then my nui refuses to work. The blank bars are there - the one's where the tabs and stuff should be, but there aren't any icons/tabs/minimap or anything.

Could someone please help me? I tried everything, removing WTF, cache and interface folders...fresh install...nothing works.

Could you add a screen shot to confirm my suspicions.

That description sounds like an addon load sequence being broken. It could be nUI but could well be one of your other addons.

What you can do to test this is to first run wow with just nUI loaded with no added features or other addons. If that doesn't work, screenshot and load it up on a post here.

If that works then slowly incorporate any addons and plugins you use a few at a time to help locate the addon that is breaking up.

Once you find the one that seems to be the cause confirm it by unloading it from the game and leaving everything else the way you want. It should work at this point and confirm that the addon was the cause of the break down. Give us the name of that addon and perhaps someone here will know if it is a common problem and have a solution.

I removed the other addons and only have NUI running and this is what I get.

I did get an error message when the problem started, but now I don't even get that. I can't type slash commands either.

That is definitely a failed load.

My suggestion would be to try doing a clean install as per the instructions here: http://www.wowinterface.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=21716

See if that resolves the issue for you.

Thanx for the info spiel, but I tried that before posting here. Still didn't fix the problem.

I even copied my entire wow folder to another location to test and it still did the same. I'm gonna try different nui layouts and check if that doesn't remedy the problem. Might work

Wait -- do you have *any* nUI plugins installed while you're doing this? I get the impression you do... if so, when I say clean install I'm talking about the core nUI mod with *no* plugins enabled.

Odds are the problem you're having is being caused by a plugin or third party mod unless you're playing on a private server in which case it's probably a version compatibility problem between nUI and the server.

I tried the plus, dev and core NUI's and they all do the same.

I'll continue to fiddle with it and will post any progress. Otherwise I'll just wait for the next version.

Oh, spiel....awesome addon by the way. By far the best one ever. Keep up the good work guys.
