ui scale

i have gone thru what was on the web site but have not found anything i was looking for. i am looking to change the scale way down of the nui scale is there a way i can do that.
if not oh well

i also run skada, and read the troubles that ppl have been having using it but i found that it works perfect i dont used the cogwheel just right clicking to get at the info i want.
