Priactical difference Cinematic v Player models

Just replaced PlayerModels with CinematicModels to test DUF portraits on the beta.

Initial testing seems the unit image is placed bottom left of the frame reguardless of size. If so, bonus for consistency. Downside, will make frame placement more of a hassle.

CinematicModels are capable of displaying spell effects on the model by calling model:SetSpellVisualKit(kitID), this is the most significant difference I've found.
