nUI does not require any configuration at all. Drop the folder in the Addons directory and it runs without any set up whatsoever. It even auto sizes itself to fit whatever screen resolution you may have.

Honestly, other than the default UI, you will not find another UI like nUI that needs no configuration at all. Anywhere.
