DK ghoul problems?

Hello,

First I'll say I positively love nUI.

The issue I've had I also submitted to Blizzard, but anways I digress. I've had an issue specifically in heroic Halls of Lightning where my ghoul (perm. ghoul and glyphed for reagent requirement) will die on the first boss, and when I try to raise him again it casts fine and all, but no ghoul .

The only way I've been able to get it to reset is to die, and I'm not a big fan of that. Has anyone else seen anything like this? A google search got me nothing.
