Recount issues

I am having problems with Recount on the NUI stats addon. It is not showing up with any stats at all, I can see its there with the little box to switch what I want to see in the lower right corner but nothing is ever being displayed.

I downloaded the latest recount and nui stats addon any help?

So you fight something and nothing shows up in the recount window ?

Do you get any headings ?

Maybe a screenshot just in case something else is happening.

It just shows "recount" in the "info panel" box and nothing shows in it during or after a fight.

Have you installed Omen3 also? Or just Recount and the Stats plugin? If you installed Stats or Dual Stats, then you need to install the current version of both Recount and Omen3 for it to work. If you want to use Recount without using Omen, then disable the Stats plugin.

Yes I have Omen3 but recount still refuses to work. I cannot continue to keep using NUI if I can't get it to work. Please help.

I'm not sure what to tell you here.

My suggestion is to start simple and try to isolate what the problem is.

Start by exiting WoW and renaming your WTF folder to WTF.saved and rename your Interface folder to Interface.saved and then log back into WoW. Set up your video and audio preferences, then exit WoW again.

After you exit WoW there should be a new WTF folder where the old one was and a new Interface folder where the old one was. (i.e. you'll have both a WTF and WTF.saved as well as both an Interface and Interface.saved)

Now, install nUI, Recount and Omen3 into your [ Interface > Addons ] but DO NOT install *anything* else. Log back into WoW and see if you get any errors. If you click the "Map" button below in the Interface panel, do you now have panels for Omen3 and Recount?

If you do not, we need to sort out why... let me know.

If you do see Omen3 and Recount both, then go ahead and exit WoW then install either the Stats or the Dual Stats plugin and log back in. Does the "Stats" info panel show up now instead of the Omen and Recount panels?
