DSK & nUI+ not playing well together.

My guild and I ran into a problem with the loot distribution addon Drunkard Suicide Kings v1.2.1 and nUI+ v5.06.12. DSK uses the alt key and mouse click to start the bidding process on an item. Basically what we came to an agreement on is that something in nUI is blocking the alt key though I can find no key bindings to support this theory. We had to use the ol trial n error way to place this problem with nUI and not another addon as swatter caught no errors. All addons were removed and added back one at a time and the nUI core seems to be the culprit. If someone has a moment to look into this we would appreciate it greatly as this is our 4th or 5th loot distribution addon we have tried and it seems to fit us rather well.

nUI does use ctrl-alt-right-click to open the key binding window on action buttons. But it does not use alt for anything else.

In any event, I'll download the mod and play with it, see if I can figure out what the issue is.

appreciate it Spiel, hope I'm not wasting your time. Have used nUI for about a year now. Switched from Spartan ui, haven't been dissapointed yet. Thx for all your hard work.

Check your blizzard options screen. There is also an option there to use the Alt key for self or focus based actions. I had to turn those off so I could the alt key.

Thx for the idea Xrystal, no luck with it though, turned off self cast and focus was already off. I'll talk to the author of dsk and see if he/she can do anything aswell.

Hey spiel, was just wondering if you had a chance to play around with DSK. I haven't heard anything from the author of dsk so I'm kinda at an impass atm. Thanks again for taking the time to help with this situation, I know you have more important things to attend to.
