Interface Skin/Template?

I've been looking around for Interfaces and the such lately, and I found a screenshot of one that I'd like to use..



How would I be able to put something like that on my WoW?

Where did you find the screenshot?

Unless it is from a UI that someone has uploaded, you will probably have to do a lot of work to get your UI like that. It looks like a lot of custom (and very well done) textures and backgrounds done for maybe eePanels or Skinner maybe.

I'm not sure what unit frames they are using but I love the way the party frames are at the top of the screen.

Very nice and very well done UI. Whoever did it, did a wonderful job.

I do absolutely love the UI, however I also think that this is a very old shot. It looks to be pre-BC.

The unit frames could have been done using Discord, however Discord is no longer in production. I haven't kept up-to-date with the latest unit frame addons so I'm not sure if there is one today that could do what that did.

I do have to admit, duplicating that UI is going to be a lot of work, and just due to the fact that it is a pre-BC shot, it's unlikely that the UI is uploaded anywhere for use (or if it is, that it's up-to-date).

Here is the link to its page. Its just the skin but there isnt currently a download link for it. and You will have to add the other elements yourself from what ive seen. Its a discord based UI.

PM Dreadlorde as he is the one that has dug it from somewhere and was playing with it.

Should you do get the textures, then you will need either the Discord series of mods or a combo of Pitbull, eePanels2, and ZMobDB. Both have their strong points and weaknesses.

If I were to use Bartender to align my buttons in areas I'd like, would anyone be willing to maybe make me a template like the one above for my WoW?

When I say like it, I don't mean try to replicate the way it looks, I'd settle with anything that is more attractive than the standard WoW UI, I'm not wanting it to look exactly like the screenshot in my original post, I'm just wanting a good template for my interface..

I'm not good at Photoshop when it comes to things like this, so I'm probably not going to be able to do this myself, and I have not seen Dread on xFire in a while, unless I've just not paid attention, but I will look out for him. Thanks guys!

I downloaded the file at the link you posted. Are those the addon files that need to be placed into the addon folder? I'm assuming they are, but the only Discord Mod that I have used in the past is Discord Unit Frames. I know that you should only use one unit frame addon at a time, but are there other addons that I should deactivate while playing with those addons in the file you posted?

The main thing I am interested in is your eePanels-like Frames that you are using.

If you want to use the entire series of addons then you would need to update them. As Dread stated it was not his original intention to link the entire addon package just the skin.
