Vehicle encounters messing up main bar?

Just wondering if this is happening with anyone else, but during some vehicle encounters (Malygos, Oculus, Flame Lev, and the Gun ship for some examples) I jump into the vehicle and everything appears to be working fine but when I jump back out anything htat was on the action bar #1 (uses #1-0 and =) doesnt work. The only wayt o fix it appears to be doing a /nui rl. ANyone else having this issue too or know of any way to fix this? Thank you.

Hmm, it has been reported but with varying descriptions. Does it happen all the time or only sometimes ?

How about the harpoon daily quest in icecrown ? Is that something that may cause it to happen and if so, repeatably ? Might give us something to test it on without running instances :P

seems to vary on when it occurs. only seems to happen when in groups (party or raids) and even at that only about 75% f the time.
