Yet another strange graphic

I have another weird graphic that appeared. Forgive my ignorance. It is in the middle of the NUI interface

Yeah... another magic bar... I'm going to guess is PlayerPowerBarAlt but not sure... if you could, use the command '/framestack' and then mouse over the frame and take a screen shot. You can upload the screen to the forum by click in the paperclip icon in the message editor or scrolling down the page to the "Manage Attachments" button.

I'm suspecting PlayerPowerBarAlt is used for any instance bosses special bar or even that darned quest in highlands rofl. Looking at the code I last got access to I couldn't see any other bars mentioned.
