CustomWorldFrame

It's basically viewport control.

It let's you change the size of the WorldFrame.

Just showing that you can make the WorldFrame smaller. Try doing

/cwf small

in game. It'll give you the smaller WorldFrame. Basically the offsets are
250 pixels from each edge.

you should seriously think about creating a visual editor interface for those settings. An example is what CTmod has, which has the visual editor...

CT_Viewport

Not saying you should copy from their work, but you might get a few ideas from what they did...
