Okay -- looking at the screen shot, everything appears to be where it is supposed to be. It looks like you are playing on a very low resolution and probably on a small monitor as well.

Hello i have the brand new version of the ui i have the load out of date addons off i have quest tracking off and its installed to the correct path

C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\nUI

here is a screen shot im sure you can see whats wrong

That screen shot screams of an addon breaking its loadsequence and thus not allowing nUI to complete its.

Is this with no addons installed except for nUI ? That would be the best way to test and see if its a nUI error or not. I did the same earlier to make sure I didn't have to drop some addons until they were updated.

This is usually caused by one of the addons in the info panel having broken which, more often than not, is going to have been Recount or Omen... make sure they are up to date.
