Internal Error during install of addon...

I noticed on my wife's machine that Questannouncer2 was considered unavailable. So, I uninstalled it (right click... awesome feature) and looked in the search field for "quest". I located Quest Announce 3. I clicked it... told it to install and once the green progress bar was ALMOST at the end... it told me that I had an "Internal Error" in the status listing.

UPDATE

I tried downloading it manually. It is the addon. It appears that it was a bad upload because there isnt actually a file folder only localization files, a .toc. and a .lua... but nothing tying it all together. I tried to download another addon using minion and it DL'd like a charm. Well done...

Even if it's corrupt, it should never cause an internal error. Could you please post this to the bug tracker, and attach a log file?
