did i just forget to enable/disable something?

first i would say that i'm extremly empressed and happy with nui but i have a question on one matter is there something i need to enable or disable to see debuffs on me ie. the corla encounter in blackrock caverns. i'm having trouble now seeing when the debuff drops so i can pick beam back up. i used to see a debuff image and when it dropped i would pick it back up but since i have gotten nui i don't have that any more. is there something else i sould be watching? thanks for any help

If you have a hud set up then you should see your debuffs in the top left part of the center of your screen. The hud is selected via the red button at the top center of the screen. If it says No Hud then that would explain your problem somewhat as I don't recall seeing debuff icons appear in the hud area under that setting.
