Can I move or remove the buffs box from the left side?

Nope, at this time the aura lists/buttons are not movable. I believe in version 6.0 there will be more flexibility to them.

if it is in the way you could try useing the alt. aura buttons

Or you could use the slash command to limit the number of buffs. I'm not entirely sure of the exact command but I know I've seen it recently. Just search for 'maxauras' or something like that.

is it possible to remove the green tint from the aura buttons, I like the look of the button without it although i do get the point that it shows what buff you put up.

NVM I found it just had to change the attribute to 'false'

There is no option to disable that feature at this time aside from editing the layout file for the unit panels. This will be possible in 6.0 however.
