    Option to simply fill empty spots in bag (Plow)

    It would be nice to have the ability to /plow the bags/bank/etc instead of requiring a full sort. ie, if you want clear spots for new items, but don't want to do a 50+ move sort just yet. Sort of like /fill, but within the same bags.
