Working on EnhTooltip Fix

I'm currently trying to review what the issue with EnhTooltip is. I'm going to assume it's something with how Ace2 Hooks into the tooltips and how ItemSync is using it. Somehow that conflicts with Auctioneer's hooks. For some people it works fine and for others it doesn't. I'm already trying to work out a fix.

ItemSync r10000 for WOW 2.0 Released!

That's right ItemSync is back and is now using Ace2!! It has gone through a complete rewrite and a huge face-lift. New features were added and many others were simplified.
