Thanks for the reply, you are awesome!!
/hug **edit** I need an "else" statement to use the other texture if the requirements aren't met correct? like --actionbar background if player_class == "PALADIN" then local createArtwork = function(self) local t = self:CreateTexture(nil,"BACKGROUND",nil,-8) t:SetAllPoints(self) t:SetTexture("Interface\\AddOns\\rTextures\\targethui") else local createArtwork = function(self) local t = self:CreateTexture(nil,"BACKGROUND",nil,-8) t:SetAllPoints(self) t:SetTexture("Interface\\AddOns\\rTextures\\target") end Again, thank you so much

Check out rFilter3.
It has the capability to shift based on Toon name/class. For oUF_Diablo you would need to add to the top of wherever place change is needed. Code:
local player_name, _ = UnitName("player") local _, player_class = UnitClass("player") Above the area that needs to be changed add Code:
--actionbar background if player_name == "Playername" and player_class == "CLASS" then local createArtwork = function(self) local t = self:CreateTexture(nil,"BACKGROUND",nil,-8) t:SetAllPoints(self) t:SetTexture("Interface\\AddOns\\rTextures\\target") ... etc end ~Sas

I currently have oUF_Diablo for unit frames and it works quite well with my rogue artwork/UI
However, I am making new artwork for my Paladin and have also created new target, targettarget, and castbar backgrounds and want them to load instead. Its easy enough to just go in and change the path that the background is looking for, but how can I add a statement that says "if characters name is" then "load this art/path" example in the target.lua; --actionbar background local createArtwork = function(self) local t = self:CreateTexture(nil,"BACKGROUND",nil,-8) t:SetAllPoints(self) t:SetTexture("Interface\\AddOns\\rTextures\\target") end can i just add a "check for character name" before this? |

Re: debuff icon on target
Being a rogue, when crippling poison is applied it puts an icon with a countdown over the enemy (not on the UF itself but on the actual target), how can I turn this off?
edit* got it, it was in the rFilter lua...

I want to move the buffs from the left of the target to under the target but just cant seem to find out where to do it.
I tried the config.lua and looked into target.lua but I couldnt find the right spot. The buffs are coming from rbuffframestyler i think but I can only move the top buffs (by minimap) and weapon buffs. |

so pitty...
...that there`s no way, without a huge investment to become 2 or - because the equality- 3 Bars on the bottom of the screen. For example i dont like i by my warlock -i see you play a warlock 2- all my skills in one row.
In my guild there are really a lot of people, who`ve looked ad sas-diablo and means, it`s great. But my answer, there`s only one buttomrow on bottom makes them long faces. Beliefe, i dont wanna male Sas bad - its the only problem, that ive fount. without this problem its a smal addonpack, that don`t make wow slow and "lazy" and it contains all what i need. And last but not least, it looks very pretty. If you could change the bars or -better- make the bars movable, i would take these for my mainaddon. |

Re: a barproblem
Moving the Pet Bar 1. Open World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\rActionBarStyler folder. 2. Open config.lua with notepad or notepad++. 3. Find Code:
petbar = { buttonsize = 26, buttonspacing = 5, barscale = 0.82, showonmouseover = false, userplaced = false, --want to place the bar somewhere else? locked = true, --frame locked pos = { a1 = "BOTTOM", a2 = "BOTTOM", af = "UIParent", x = -1, y = 60 }, testmode = false, disable = false, }, Code:
pos = { a1 = "BOTTOM", a2 = "BOTTOM", af = "UIParent", x = -1, y = 60 }, af is the anchor frame. Leave it to UIParent. x is the horizontal plane. Set it negative moves frames left, positive moves frames right. y is the vertical plane. Set it negative moves frames down, positive moves frames up. 5. Reload UI. ( /console reloadui ) As far as the texture for that bar now, it no longer has one. When I modified RothUI (Diablo) I changed the textures to fit my UI. If you have Photoshop you can recreate the texture. Creating a Texture WoW CANNOT be open while you do this. 1. World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\rTextures folder. 2. Open either bar_left2 or bar_right2 with photoshop. 3. Change the rotation of the bar to horizontal. 4. Save it as bar2 with 32 bit colors. Making the Texture Appear 1. Open World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\oUF_Diablo\units folder. 2. Open player.lua with notepad or notepad++. 3. Find --actionbar background 4. Under that Find Code:
if cfg.style == 1 then t:SetTexture("Interface\\AddOns\\rTextures\\bar1") end Code:
if cfg.style >= 1 and cfg.style <= 2 then t:SetTexture("Interface\\AddOns\\rTextures\\bar"..cfg.style) else if MultiBarBottomLeft:IsShown() then t:SetTexture("Interface\\AddOns\\rTextures\\bar2") else t:SetTexture("Interface\\AddOns\\rTextures\\bar1") end MultiBarBottomLeft:HookScript("OnShow", function() t:SetTexture("Interface\\AddOns\\rTextures\\bar2") end) MultiBarBottomLeft:HookScript("OnHide", function() t:SetTexture("Interface\\AddOns\\rTextures\\bar1") end) end 7. World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\oUF_Diablo folder. 8. Open config.lua with notepad or notepad++. 9. Find Code:
actionbarbackground = { show = true, pos = { a1 = "BOTTOM", a2 = "BOTTOM", af = "UIParent", x = 1, y = 0 }, scale = 0.82, style = 1, }, Code:
style = 0, For moving the Left bars to horizontal just follow the instructions in my 31.1.11 post. Make sure to turn the texture of the left from Code:
style = 0, --0 = automatic bar detection, 1 = 12 button texture fixed, 2 = 24 button texture fixed Code:
style = 1, --0 = automatic bar detection, 1 = 12 button texture fixed, 2 = 24 button texture fixed |

a barproblem
at first exuse me for my english, but i ve used it not wery often in the last 35 years - i`m 47 - but i try to explain my problem.
i want to have two bars on the grount, above the xp bar. And ive done the so you told it in the thread from 31.1.11. But with a Hunter/warlock theres the petbar under the sec. bar and the background are also not after the buttons. In my Opion is these Addonpack on of the Best, but i cant configure it. Its my first try to use addons without Bartender or for example xperl or shadowed and use maintenance the blizz ui parts. What must i do for make the two bars in the lower screen with all textures? And, let it say me once more, these addonpack is looking realy great!!!! |

Reload UI ( /console reloadui ) *Note: If you turn off the MicroMenu you will probably want to remove its texture as well* MircoMenu Texture 1. Open World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\oUF_Diablo Folder. 2. Open config.lua with notepad or notepad ++. 3. Find -- PLAYER. 4. Scroll down and find Code:
topbar = { show = true, pos = { a1 = "TOP", a2 = "TOP", af = "UIParent", x = 1, y = 5 }, scale = 0.82, }, 6. 6. Reload UI ( /console reloadui ) Thanks for using my alteration. ~Sas |
