i have tried the /timex, /slt, and /sltimex commands with no luck or change.

Are you using an enUS client?

The only fix I was able to come up with runs a section of code that's triggered by the UPDATE_PENDING_MAIL (which is now firing twice) and tries to offset the dual trigger by using a global variable in the script with a boolean to avoid immediate rapid succession triggers. If the mails come too close together (and there's really no way to fix this as it's dependent on the servers speed in relaying the information), the count is going to be off. The AH Alert triggers off a different method, by using the SpecialEvent lib to parse the chat log for the items AH info.

I'm still trying to find a better way to approach this, but Blizzard hasn't replied to much regarding Mail events, and I haven't seen any other mods (MailFu, etc) that are doing anything different (if at all) when it comes to adjusting the mail counts.

The good thing is this is probably only going to happen with sold & expired auctions...since standard mail and buying (even if quickly) don't come close enough together to pose a problem. I'm curious if there is more than one event firing for the mail system now because of the new "User Notice" feature they added. I just haven't found it yet. Sorry

There is an addon coming soon (SLExpTrack) that will take care of this feature on it's own, and it compliments SLTimex as far as design & layout goes. It's going to be standalone due to it's size.

Some Chinese localization issues and suggestions

Some suggestions on localization work (since I'm working on Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese Version of this great addon):
1. Change the way the strings involving frame names and variables, such as "LEFT", "BOTTOM" and "RIGHT", etc. in locale data, currently If I translate these strings in locale-zhCN.lua, I got lots of "Justify" errors, and if I remove the "L[]" of those "LEFT"s in core.lua and all those strings from locale file (remain them English), the errors are gone.
2. Font issues, seems that the font changing feature only works on English clients, since there are some different font names in zhCN and zhTW client to display Chinese characters, so I have to add font directions using Lib SM.

If some techincal support is needed for improving this great addon on multi-language support, contact me.

Ok looks like i found a way to re-add SLTimex support to Tooggle.

but ive got a small question
why Background and Border are two separate frames?

suggestion:
-snap to closest element on dragging.
-be able to hide total bag spaces to only show current.

keep up the good work i think SLTimex is having a very nice evolution from v1

yeah its what i tought seeing it wasnt in r7 either lol

and nvm the mod not showing thing, i just found out its at the bottom of the list hehe.

btw, im trying to re-add SLTimex support to Tooggle. But since its now using all differents frames, i can't really.
I tough about re-anchoring the frames on loading like i do with EBBs, Violation and Recount but i dont think its gonna work since ppl can change parent any time, ima do some testing tho.
Just wondering if you had an idea on how i could do this.

It's not actually a "problem" as much as it is a downside to dragging. This is one of the things I've been having problems with. Supposedly after, I think 1.11, Blizzards UI wasn't suppose to default dragged objects to "TOPLEFT", UIPARENT, "TOPLEFT" anchors anymore, but actually to the closest region of the UI it's in. Well...this isn't the case. GetPoint() is returning TL/UI/TL values, which is tricky for me because of how I anchor the frames due to text growth.

So what's happening is, it's changing the anchor on you due to the return on the default GetPoint() API call. I'm still working on a way to fix this. And the Parent is blank because the Blizz UI doesn't return the frame's name, and I forgot to use the :GetName() call on that part. I'll fix those for r9.
