Simple Light Data Text v9.0.2
SLDataText is a lightweight addon based on text based modules, which can be moved & customized independently or globally. It includes LibSharedMedia support for expanded font selection, and various degrees of mouse click interaction on various module frames. It also supports user-created plug-ins to expand on the module selection beyond what is included in this package. Plug-ins can be as vast or as tiny as desired. Included is are custom libraries (LibSL-1.0 and LibSLTip-1.0) that are used for module configuration menu management and interactive tooltips.
Each module can be positioned independently via dragging and placement can be fined tuned via the configuration menu. Fine tuning includes manual frame anchoring, text justification, X/Y value tweaking, and frame strata value.
Each module has an independent configuration menu, and the AddOn has a global menu to handle unified font types & sizes. The following modules are contained in this package:

And seems there's a confilict with SimpleMinimap, every time I log in the default zone text header frame shows, though I've disabled it in SMM.

v1.11 (updated this morning) added ZoneText and Coords plugins and applied the fix Digmouse provided for the zhCN and zhTW locale tables in Colors.lua that was causing errors.
Eep...it seems possible that the ZoneText isn't properly updating when changing zones/subzones I'll fix this as soon as I can.

Em, seems I got almost everything screwed up this time, I logged in in the morning to test (didnt got time to do last night) but got everything except money broken, and what I got is:

EDIT: Seems I got something wrong with the color table, but I fixed them, the error continues. EDIT#2: maybe I got the problem, e.g Friends.lua: 390 self.text:SetFormattedText("%s%s|r %s%s|r", color2, db.basetext, color1, self.fonline) argument #2 is "color2", which is SLDataText.btColor, see core.lua, we found db.btColor = colorlist[value] and self.btColor = SLDataText.ColorTable[client][db.btColor] on default settings we see the color value are displayed and stored in WTF as English (in my SV it's "Hunter"), that's the "colorlist[value]"? so we may get self.btColor/SLDataText.btColor using SLDataText.ColorTable["zhCN"]["Hunter"], that's a nil so we got the "string expected, got nil" error, again a color table issue. Guess this may occur on other non-enUS/GB client too. Suggestion: using locales to convert class names (colortable index) to local client string to avoid, seems the class-relative strings in locales does not work on this. (I'm not quite familiar to coding and lua, just my personal judgement)

Gonna install it RIGHT NOW! Anyways.. I was wondering.. Since you're - as far as i can understand - using Ace libraries.. Are you then planning on releasing your addons on the wowace site? .. so it will work along with WAU? |

I want to re-request the ability to have a color be based on your current class. eg: If I log on to my mage the secondary color is "mage", if I log on to my druid the secondary color is "druid".
I don't know if this is possible, but It would be great! |

v1.02 is just about ready, just waiting for some Locale kickbacks for those that are included with the release version.
Update: A little info on this release coming up. 1.02 will fix issues with the SLDT command not working. It also addresses client issues with colors (totally revamped, all colors are separated by client). This should address issues with certain colors not working properly on load/reload, as well as the actual client info being included on the color selection list. Profiles have also been added, however it's a little buggy right now for some reason. It works, but you have to reload your UI after changing profiles because Shared Media and some variables are not properly being read when you change the profiles. Nothing breaks (reload wipes the errors), it's just a minor annoyance I'm working on fixing. Coords & ZoneText are coming in the next (very close) release, probably this weekend (v1.10). Statline is slated for v1.20. Between those I'll be working on cleaning things up and slimming down code to get SLDT to run lighter (it's still running somewhere between 400-700 KB with all plugins active). My goal, if possible, is to get it down to 250-500 KB with all plugins active.
