"Cooldowns"

This is buff time, not cooldowns. If I use Penance, there is an 8 second cooldown, this doesn't show that. Same with Prayer of Mending. But it does show the buff time of Power Infusion, but not the cooldown.
Now if you could make this exact mod that tracked cooldowns, that would be amazing.

If I'm in the middle of a cast and then open another window, the cast bar grows (height only) like 4 times normal size and then goes back to normal size after.
