Those won't be comming from Dominos and probably won't occure in MoP.
I get these errors blaming different addons, even the one I'm looking after, while playing in 5.0.4/5 but not a peep from MoP Beta.

Hey Libra,
I can only suggest you first double check your settings for the class context colours then try building up the string in reverse one piece at a time and testing (targeting different classes) (and even posting the result) at each stage.

No, it's not (a known issue). There are a few differences between the MoP Beta and the 5.0.4 release. I'll check it out and post an update.

Just to answer your first question, some of the addon names are in white because they are individually disabled on SOME of your characters. Gold means they are enabled for all of your characters.
