You need to do /reloadui when you editing LUA files. If you do /reloadui after you moved stuff ingame you will reset what you did. Just move your stuff and if you want to save that just relog (logout/login) your character.

You can't keep your old settings that easy because of tons of new options. If your current UI is still fine there is no need to change. Wait until Cataclysm you have to change because of API changes then anyway.

Debuffs are shown on your pet. Buffs are different. If you just want to check global buffs target your pet to check them. If you want to use specific buffs use rFilter2. You can set the unit to "pet" and track specific spell-ids.

Funny thing I dropped your 2 addons in my latest push because of the onUpdate functions that use not timer to prevent them from updating each frame, making them my highest cpu using addons. You mean the target frame in the middle? Check the FAQ how to move stuff. Either way move it ingame or edit the x/y values in the frame position table in oUF_D3Orbs.lua Why on earth would you get rid of your targetframe?

I actually know why they did this. I asked myself why they did not do this until now. On live they have duplicate actionbuttons when in a vehicle. So if you hide the vehicle frame completly you still have all the buttons on your bonusactionbar. I have no clue why Blizz did not make use of that earlier or even worked around it....

Actually the latest download version has the shaman totem bar fixed. Use this at a base. Adding onmouseover functionality to those bastards of buttons...hell good luck with that. I'm lucky that they stick in place now.
