The garrison tooltip cursor drag issue happens when the Frame Tip Type anchor is set to mouse anchor, and is most noticeable when the point set to a left or right side anchor.
For example, if the anchor is set to mouse - bottomleft, start from the left side of the garrison ui and drag the mouse to the right, the tooltip background...

The memory use from oUF_AuraBars seems to skyrocket for me while in combat, I have a feeling it's from buffs that constantly refresh themselves (ex Herkuml War Totem proc)

Just switched back over to Dominos after using rBars2 for a while. Not sure if this is a bug or not, but whenever I reload my ui, my main action bar doesn't default to whatever stance I'm in.
For instance, here is a screenshot of me logging into the game in Defensive stance.
