Hmm, I did have the stack count on my icons before the new nUI changes but not checked since I removed OmniCC and InlineAura addons. It could be that one of those addons handles that as well and its now conflicting with what nUI is doing.
At some point over the weekend I'll be jumping on her to farm up some leather and buff food for my 80s. So I will take another look and make sure something else isn't happening now.
