And it has been mentioned in other posts but the MoveAnything addon also works with nUI and allows movement of the special bar amongst others.
With the amount of problems this is causing people I am considering making my temp fix into a permanent one for nUI 5 so that Scott can concentrate on nUI 6 and other more important annoyances.
