Button lock

Is it possible to "customize" like lock the buttons on the action bar ect.

Also I have downloaded the full version and have the
recount/omen plugin addon but it isnt showing on the dashboard
any idea how to solve this? nUI is awsome that replaced almost all
my addons but as a tank I cant live without Omen. Atm im using theOmen addon but would like to have it incorperated in nUi.

The plugins generally need the addon itself to be installed.

So you need to install omen for it to be amongst the options to cycle through.

Also, you can lock the buttons from the blizzard game options.
