Announces when you have lost 2700 mana in Parrot. If anyone wants to rewrite this to use LibSink, feel free to submit a patch. I might add some options menu in the future too. Maybe.

Why 2700?
I did some lengthy calculating that I can't quite remember and came up with that number as being the most ideal moment for drinking a Super Mana Potion in terms of managain/overmana.

Nope, you will probably have to come up with your own number and hack it in, but considering it's a flat increase, it'd be something like 3780(2700*1.4).
