Simple warlock addon

I was wondering if anyone knows of an addon (or could create an addon) that simply displays the drain soul icon when an enemy with "X" Max HP falls below 25% health.

I know there are a few drain soul warning addons at the moment but the only one I've found that displays the icon also had a frame with it to show all sorts of stuff I didn't care about (and my LUA skills aren't really good enough to strip it down).

I think you can use ghost pulse. I think it can be set to show it that way. If not then power aura's. Otherwise i could write you a small addon that makes the screen turn red at 25%.

Well I've decided to stick to Power Auras for now - had got rid of it as Blizz implemented there own, but having just been on 1 of my alts I found Blizz's fails to track a few other things as well.
