Wink New plug-in idea......hint xcrystal

Should be pretty easy I think and I was going to try it myself but I can't find the time with work so if anyone else wants to give it a shot I was thinking of putting totemcaddy http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-a...otemcaddy.aspx into the info panel but my shammys not 30 yet and you need to be 30 for the mod to work so I'm not sure if it can resized enough to get everything in there, but if it could it'd be a nice way to clean up all the totems and what not

Is that going to be necessary with the changes in Patch 3.2?

possibly not but i believe totemcaddy is more than just totems seems like they've squeezed some other stuff in there too but im not sure as I havent got a chance to try it yet also depends on whether blizzs implementation is worth a damn

From what I understand, they're changing the mechanics of totems so they behave like spells.

ummm totems do behave like spells dont they?
From what Ive read shammys are getting a totem bar where pally auras and pet actions go and they will also have three different spells to drop three different user configurable sets of four totems

Yep thats what I understood of it as well.

As to putting TotemCaddy in the info panel. I'm not sure it will be possible unless it has a scaling option as I checked myself if it would fit in there but its too big.

And with the new changes coming out it might be good to wait and see whats in store there. My shammy is 74 now so should be able to see most of it working once they set up the test server.

You hit it on the head, that's all it is, it's a bar with 6 buttons, 1 for your "call of air/fire/earth" and one for your totemic recall, and 4 for the totems, you get three sets of totems essentially, one for each call.

It's just a basic stance bar, it's nothing special, though it doesn't work with nUI, though nUI itself is working perfectly except for that on the PTR.

Okay, had a spare few minutes so thought I would at least see if it was possible to squeeze the caddy into the info panel.

Unfortunately my first attempt failed to do anything other than create the infopanel with nothing in it.

Edit: Hmm then again, the latest download of totem caddy without my new plugin doesn't display or show up any options. But then this is a level 1 shammy I am testing it on.

Well, with a 80 shammy this is what it looks like having it anchored to fit the frame.

I don't think the TotemCaddy's author thought to anchor the different frames to a single frame

But maybe I'll be able to re-anchor them somehow so that they work properly and look like it should be there
