Field Turn-In's

Not sure what they're actually called, but the quests you can turn in where ever you are once you finish it, I can't find a way to turn these in with the newest build for 4.1. I clicked everywhere but to no avail.

Edit: I just did another one of those quests and it seemed to be fine, perhaps it's because it was one of those hidden quests that show up when you kill certain mobs. The quest I had trouble with was Once More with Eeling.
