2nd Tooltip

Hello

I'm looking for a mod that allows me to have a 2nd tooltip shown.

What I'd like to do is have one tooltip at the bottom right with infos from mi2 and other simmilar mods. That'd be the "advanced info tooltip"
and another tooltip right to my mouse with just the name, level and class.
I like the idea of having a tooltip just where your mouse is, but it's really a pain if you have such a big tooltip like i do with lots of info that'd just disturb you next to your cursor.

So, I've been looking for this mod on different pages and didn't find anything, so I think that mod doesn't exist yet. Maybe someone here knows a mod that does this.
Otherwise I'd do it myself if someone could give me a helping hand on the startup.
(not just telling me what exactly I have to do, but maybe give me a hint what I shold look at.) And maybe even tell me if it's actually possible or not... so thanks in advance for any help.
