Loot with equip tooltip

What I look for is an addon that will open a tooltip link from the loot window to any item I am wearing, so that when I hover over an item in the loot window, I see at once what I am currently equipping. It would be awesome if it can do the same with non-equipped items linked in chat. When raiding, there is often too short time to open the link, open the character panel, find the appropriate item, and compare, with the eyes having to fly back and forth over the screen. If the tooltip of equipped item(s) appear next to the loot item tooltip, it will greatly make things easier! If this exist, please give me a link, if not, who will take up the project?
