[5.4.2 Alpha 5] Error on using quest item [enUS]

I hope this is the right section. It seems to be a bug, but it's also involving a quest, so I wasn't sure. If it should have been in the quest section, please move it.

I'm currently leveling a new Pandaren, running the quest Fanning the Flames. I reached the stone and clicked the Wind Stone icon in the quest log, and Carbonite gave me an error message. I hope this helps.

I just shut down WoW and reloaded, and the quest item icon worked as intended afterwards. I'm not sure what to make of it.

I get a similar problem with my ScrollingWatchFrame addon. Sometimes it works fine and others it kicks out that message. I've not figured out where the problem is short of the addon container I am using to hold it needs to be a secure frame to allow its children be treated as secure as well.
