Request Circular Cast Bar

I always want a circular, resizable, and movable cast bar, what I had imagined was a circle within a circle, the space between the two circles would be the cast bar and inside the inner circle 9 action buttons (or the inner circle would divide itself if u wanted more or less buttons)
Something like that (ofc the colours are just to highlight the features feel free to design it as u see fit)

So basically you want a circular cast bar and to put 9 action buttons inside of it, am I right?

You could use Dominos or Macaroon for the action buttons. ButtonFacade would probably help too.
About the circular cast bar... no idea.

What i want is not a cursor with a circular cast bar is something more like the image i posted but thx for the reply about circle cast i'll try it out although i believe something simpler like a single circle with the action buttons inside would be better and easier to use thx for the reply

I checked out circle cast and the cast bar itself could be something like that (i mean the design and how it works) but i want it not to appear only when i cast but to be always there, with the option to put on show or not and to be movable and resizable and circle cast isn't anything like that it isn't movable, it isn't resizable and i can't put action buttons in the middle but thx anyway

About GCD ring that isn't what I need at all but thank you for your reply, about lunar sphere, lunar sphere isn't a resizable, circular cast bar.

Geist maybe something that work for the button part.

Yes Geist, Dominos, Bartender, Macaroon, Button Facade... Those will help me manage the action buttons but what i really need and what i can't find is a circular cast bar that is always on show and when i cast it fills with "light" (like a regular cast bar) and that i can resize so that i can can put my action buttons inside.

It's possible to detach the castbar from the cursor.
If you really use it I could add an option to show a castbar "background".

As I wrote ... it's possible to detach the castbar from the mouse and to place it somewhere on your screen.

The addon Circle Cast _IS_ configurable - it just doesn't have an in-game GUI for configuring it.

You can open up the file "cast.lua" in the Circle_Cast2 folder and modify its options there - where it sits on the screen, how big it is, etc.
