Own group and countdown/debuffs on target

When I'm in a raid group (25 man) I cannot see my own group number when.
Only in raidgroups less than 25 man I can see my own portrait in the raid list with the proper group nr.

Another question:

Is there a way to prevent overlapping of the debuffs on the current target and the cooldowns of my abilities?
