As I said , to remove that pesky circle thing topleft.

For those of you that are trying to skin some of the default blizzard frames.
This code removes that annoying topleft image on all the frames which you have to work with, makes it a lot easier to create square frames

select(1, CharacterFrame:GetRegions()):Hide()
select(1, PlayerTalentFrame:GetRegions()):Hide()
select(1, SpellBookFrame:GetRegions()):Hide()

GJ so far

Cant wait for the end product.

I tried it - it doesn't actually work, on beta. The icon still shows up.

Also, when I try to replace SpellBook/Spellbook-Icon, I get an assertion error

Just do a namecheck on the frame then as it's probably changed. I can go on beta and test later if you want.

Last time I checked, the options menu and spellbook were part of the user interface, commonly abbreviated as "UI". And what's wrong with Tuk UI?

If I used these menus in combat (I haven't been clicking from my spellbook in raids lately), maybe I'd have a different view, but then how many of these UIs are made for raiding or pvp?

Or do we not do that anymore?

This thread isn't called "Post your Raid/Pvp UI" So i don't see why people can't post any part of their UI. This thread is more about design than anything imo.

I like my UI to look good and have a consistent theme across all of the different UI elements.

I don't know, for some reason I can't play when I can't see my party members status (even as a DPS yeah -.-*).

I knew the problem with NeedToKnow, thing is (or better, was) that by default they can't be any smaller in height. I told this at his addon page though and now I have the code where I can change it in the .lua so they're identical to the Unit Frames.

p.s. The font is mainly smaller because everything is closer to each other now.

I counted 5 different fonts in that screenshot.

Your UI will look more unified if you narrow it down to one (or two) font choices. Your chat is also a tad difficult to read with the text being outlined with a shadow, too.

Solo and Raid shot. Sorry the raid is WG, but I am saved to just about everything tonight...

Comments welcomed as always=)

The party frames will go where the raid frame is, I am not sure what to put in that spot for solo though.

Why the circular minimap when everything else is angular or square? You'd could also take some time since you've set up things in such "precise" place to open the config on some the mods to make them blend/match better. IE... same font... same colors... not showing the same info in multiple places.

Absolutely nothing wrong with showing off ones edit of Tukui.

Last I checked, the options menu and the spell book are both part of the UI. Why would this be an issue if people wanna show off how they've skinned any part of the user interface?
